Breakfast with Santa

This morning we went to Rachel's school for a pancake breakfast and pictures with Santa. She was super excited to go and picked out a cute dress to wear.  We ate breakfast with one of her classmates- a very sweet little girl, and then we stood in a long line for a chance to meet with Santa.
                                                                

Rachel and her friend kept themselves entertained while waiting, and I chatted with her friend's mom.  Raphael was keeping Rebecca and she managed to fall asleep even with all the noise.

Rachel finally made it up to Santa and was so happy. The Santa seemed very nice. He spent a lot of time with each child and there was plenty of chances to take pictures. Rachel gave him her requests for Christmas gifts.

Then after Santa, we went to the gym and they has an area set up for arts and crafts. The girls both made bracelets and a snowman ornament. It was so cute to listen to them talking with each other- five year olds have some interesting conversations-ha!

After crafts it was time to go! I am glad Rachel had a fun morning. Tomorrow after church we hope to decorate our Christmas tree.
