New Years & 2012 in Pictures

I am not one for making New Year's resolutions, but one goal I wanted to try and work on was being in bed by 10 p.m. each night. Since I am writing this at 11:20 p.m. it looks like I need to work a little more on my reaching my goal.

We had a pretty laid back and relaxed New Years Eve.  We did take the girls to Lawrenceville for the city's party. They had jump houses, a little train, food and music. We let the girls jump for awhile and took a train ride. We walked around and then the girls started fussing and it was time to get home.

We came home and watched a movie, ate some snacks and got the girls to bed. I really  tried to stay up until midnight, but fell asleep on the couch. I am getting old :) On New Year's Day we tried to go swimming, but the pool was closed, so we took the girls to see the movie Monster's Inc.

Today was the last day of vacation for Rachel.

We went back to the swimming pool and spent a couple of hours at the pool.

 

 I made picture collages from the past year to look back and see what we were doing in 2012.

          2012 was a good year for our family and looking forward to what 2013 has in store!
